These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to service-related text messages sent by TP Towing, operated by Tows R Us LLC.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from TP Towing, you agree to receive customer-care and service-related text messages concerning towing or roadside-assistance services you requested.

Messages may include:

• Requested towing or roadside-assistance quotes
• Service confirmation
• Dispatch confirmation
• Estimated driver-arrival times
• Requests for pickup, drop-off, location, vehicle, or access information
• Notification that a driver is approaching
• Vehicle-pickup confirmation
• Transportation-status updates
• Vehicle-delivery confirmation
• Responses to customer questions concerning the requested service

TP Towing does not use this SMS program to send unsolicited or bulk third-party promotional messages.

Customers may opt in by initiating a text conversation with TP Towing’s published business telephone number or by expressly agreeing during a customer-initiated service call to receive text updates concerning the requested towing or roadside-assistance service.

Providing SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing towing or roadside-assistance services.

Messaging frequency may vary based on the requested service and the amount of communication necessary to coordinate it. Customers typically receive between one and six messages per service request.

Message and data rates may apply according to the customer’s mobile telephone plan and carrier.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from TP Towing.

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no additional SMS messages will be sent unless you opt back in by replying START.

Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the availability and performance of participating mobile carriers and messaging providers. TP Towing is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier or network conditions.
